With a background in subcontract carpentry, David worked as a building supervisor for a number of years, prior to seeking registration in 1988.

Many of our homes had a classic colonial feel, with many being influenced by an interest in American country architecture.

A change in thinking and a new interest in contemporary/energy efficient home design saw a change in name to Edge Building and Design.

Our new name focused on our desire to combine both design and building.
